Summary

Mega Squawk does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking, and it does not ask for access to your microphone, location, contacts, or photos. Mega Squawk is made by Wonky Hat, which is responsible for this policy.

What stays on your device

Your settings, scores, unlocked levels, and checkpoint are saved on your device so you can pick up where you left off. They are never sent to Wonky Hat. To remove them, delete the app, or in a browser, clear the site data for Mega Squawk.

The web version

If you play Mega Squawk in a web browser, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic request details, such as your browser type and the pages requested. It needs these to deliver the game and keep the service secure. We do not use this information to identify or track you.

Apple’s platform data

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics such as install counts and crash rates. TestFlight beta testers’ crash reports and feedback also reach us through Apple. Apple handles this data under its own privacy policy, and it is separate from anything Mega Squawk collects, which is nothing.

Children

Mega Squawk does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

For questions, support, or privacy requests, email info@wonkyhat.co.uk. We use your email address and anything you include only to reply, and delete the conversation once your request is resolved.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, which in practice means only emails you have sent us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes.
